ORDER QUESTIONS
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, select your desired size and color, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout to enter your shipping details and payment information.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also log into your account on our site to view your order history and status.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
A: Please contact us IMMEDIATELY at contact@Liandraboutique.com with your order number and the correct address. We process orders quickly, so we can only change the address if the order has not yet been shipped. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) before they are shipped.
Q: What are your shipping options and times?

Within the USA: We offer FREE standard shipping. Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days after processing.

International: We offer standard international shipping for a flat rate of $19.00. Delivery typically takes 6-18 business days after processing. Please note: International orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide! International shipping costs a flat rate of $19.00.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept exchanges. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for complete details and instructions.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 business days. Please remember your bank may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
A: We are so sorry if this happens! Please contact us immediately at contact@Liandraboutique.com with your order number and photos of the damage/defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Q: Where can I find size charts?
A: Size charts are available on each product page below the size selection options. Please refer to these charts and the provided measurements to select your best fit, as sizes can vary between styles.
Q: The item I want is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
A: We try to restock popular items as often as possible! Please sign up for the "Notify me when available" email list on the product page to be the first to know when it’s back.
